Snajka: Diary of Expectations uncompromisingly delves into the complexity of a romantic relationship between two people from different backgrounds, unravelling the challenges the Croatian woman Tea and the Roma man Mirsad face with the prospect of love, marriage and parenthood, and with an unyielding intimate observational approach questions their idealistic effort of balancing family baggage with the challenges of starting a home based on a completely different set of rules from those they inherited from home.
